DESPATCH: We have all products in stock and we usually deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on the weekend are usually despatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.
We will get your order ready, despatch it, send you an e-mail to inform you that your order is on its way to you and send you another e-mail with the parcel tracking information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
UK DELIVERIES:
For small parcels we use Royal Mail 2-3 day tracked delivery service (postage charge £4.00 or £4.50). You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman.
All other parcels are sent by Parcel Force. A signature is required for this service.
For mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands, we charge £7.20 per parcel. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day.
For Highlands and Islands the shipping charge will be calculated when you enter your delivery address at the checkout. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order two working days after despatch.
Please make arrangements to receive your order. You will be sent the tracking information by e-mail to enable you to check on your parcel's progress and if you have missed the delivery, to collect the parcel from the delivery office. If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Linenstore-uk. We will have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
International Orders are despatched by Parcel Force and take around 2-10 days to deliver depending on destination country. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.

TAX CHARGES:
Prices displayed include VAT at 20%. They do not include any import duty or overseas taxes.
VAT applies for deliveries to the UK and the European Union.
For delivery to countries outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted at the checkout.

Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our merchandise and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Linenstore-uk.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect or if your goods are damaged when you receive them, please post them back to us with standard packet posting within 7 days. We will arrange the replacement of any faulty items and we will refund the standard postage costs incurred when the goods are back with us.
For all other returns, return them unused and unopened within 28 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods.
Please take and keep your posting receipt.
A copy of the invoice and a short message with reason for return must be in the box.

You can cancel your order within 7 days providing the products are unopened, unused and in their original state. Return the goods to Linenstore-uk together with the original invoice. Linenstore-uk will refund your order providing the goods are received in perfect condition. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to place the order.
