DELIVERIES
WE WILL DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDER ADDRESS ONLY UNLESS PAYMENT IS 3D AUTHENTICATED OR BY ARRANGEMENT.
We usually deliver your order next working day. Transport is 4.50 or 6.50 Pounds per order to most UK Post codes.
UK DELIVERIES:
We will get your order ready, despatch it and send you another email to inform you that your order is on its way to you.
We use Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery service for small parcels. You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman.
Parcel Force Next working day service for all the rest. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day.
Please make arrangements to receive your order. A signature is required for this service.
Two delivery attempts will be made
INTERNATIONAL orders take about 5 to 10 days to deliver
Items which are not in stock are usually despatched within 10 to 15 days from date of order.
Returns Policy:
All our goods are of exceptional quality and are inspected prior to despatch. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our merchandise and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Linens-uk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of the purchase and we will replace the faulty item and deliver it to you. For all other reasons all transport charges will be deducted. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies. All returns must be authorised by us.

| Tax Charges VAT applies for deliveries to the UK and the European Union, all other countries are VAT free. |
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.Returns Policy:
Taxes: VAT at 17.5% is included. Prices do not include any import duty or overseas taxes. The management or the employees of this store are not responsible for any consequences or damages incured.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order please ring us on 05601 260399 . For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, or products which has been opened.
Where you have already received the goods or the goods have already been despatched, return the goods to Linens-uk unopened together with the original invoice. Linens-uk will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the transport charges. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
If the parcel cannot be delivered the carrier will return it back to Linens-uk. We may have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.
