Delivery ScheduleUK DELIVERIES: We use Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery service for small parcels. You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman. Parcel Force Next working day service for all the rest. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day. A signature is required for this service. Please make arrangements to receive your order. You will be sent the tracking information by e-mail to enable you to check on progress and if you have missed the delivery, to collect the parcel from the delivery office. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: NON-DELIVERY Tax Charges: Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Items that are not in stock are usually despatched within 15 days from date of order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All our goods are of exceptional quality and are inspected prior to despatch. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our merchandise and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Linens-uk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of the purchase and we will replace the faulty item and deliver it to you. For all other returns, all transport charges will be deducted. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies. All RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED BY US VIA EMAIL. To cancel your order please email us on linensuk@andyslinens.com For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, or products which has been opened. Where you have already received the goods or the goods have already been despatched, return the goods to Linens-uk unopened together with the original invoice. Linens-uk will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the transport charges. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to place the order.
