Delivery Schedule Thank you for your order. This email is your order confirmation from Linens-uk.
WE WILL DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS ONLY UNLESS PAYMENT IS 3D AUTHENTICATED OR BY ARRANGEMENT.
UK DELIVERIES:
We will get your order ready, despatch it and send you another email to inform you that your order is on its way to you.
For smaller parcels we use Royal Mail Tracked, which is a 2-3 day delivery service. You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman.
For larger parcels we use Parcel Force, which is a next working day service. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day. Please make arrangements to receive your order. A signature is required for this service. Two delivery attempts will be made
INTERNATIONAL orders take about 5 to 10 days to deliver
Items which are not in stock are usually despatched within 10 to 15 days from date of order. |

Information Linenstore-uk receives
We ask for your name, address, telephone number, delivery address, e-mail address, credit or debit card number, the name on the card and the expiry date. This allows us to process and complete your order.
Non disclosure of information collected. We will not disclose or pass on any information that we receive about you.

The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. b) As an additional security measure credit card numbers are encrypted both before an order is processed and when stored on our database. c) We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

Returns Policy All our goods are of exceptional quality and are inspected prior to despatch. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our merchandise and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Linenstore-uk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of the purchase and we will credit your account in full. For all other reasons all transport charges will be deducted. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies. All returns must be authorised by us.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order please ring us 01484 663295 or email us on paley@btconnect.com or reply to the order confirmation email.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime and up to 7 days after receiving your goods. For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, or products which have been opened.
Where you have already received the goods, return the goods to Linenstore-uk unopened together with the original invoice. Linenstore-uk will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. |
